1. Introduction
This Account Deletion Policy (the “Policy”) governs the deletion of user accounts (the “Accounts”) on the Djangkep application (the “Application”), which is owned and operated by PT Gravitasi Loka Maya (the “Company”).
2. No Right to Account Deletion
Notwithstanding any provision of any applicable law to the contrary, Users of the Application shall not have the right to delete their Accounts. This is because all data stored in the Accounts is managed centrally by the Village Government that utilizes the Application.
3. Data Management
The Company does not have access to or control over the data stored in the Accounts. All data is managed and controlled by the Village Government.
